Malinga – Sauvignon Blanc

11 days skin contact, light amber colour, it has an aromatic nose with some waxy herbal notes. Classic orange wine flavours of ripe apricot, yellow plum and grapefruit zest with a savoury finish.

This vineyard was planted by Christoph’s father in the 90’s as an experiment for a new wine for the family’s portfolio. The idea was to make use of these grapes for a new skin-contact experiment, this being the second vintage. Total production only 650 bottles.
